A2: Yes,if your purchase item is available in store, you can do collection on the same day kindly do remarks on order or inform us by call for the arrangement.
Q4: What will be happen if I can’t pay on time for my order
A4: We will send email reminder for you to remind your to proceed payments within 3 days.For any no respond order we will do cancellation without any notice.

A1: We accept payment by Cash, Cash On Delivery with DEPOSIT, Online Banking Transfer, Credit Card Payments, & Installment plan for 6 selected bank.
Q1: Do I need to pay any deposit for holding my order.
A2: Yes, if u request delay payment period, you have to make 50% total amount as Deposit, to lock your order, you have to make 50% deposit of total amount to hold for 2 weeks.After 2 weeks you fail to proceed the balance payment we will forfeit your deposit and unlock the phone.

Q1: May I know it is all items are including the insurance for shipment?
A1: We only provide free shipping without insurance.Additional payment insurance is according the weight of parcel and courier service.
Q2: How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?
A2: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Arriavals may take up to 2~3 days for shipments within Klang valley area, For out side Klang valley may take 3~5 days.
Q3: My order has been dispatched, can I track it?
A3: Once order has been dispatched, We will send you the Tracking No. / Despatch’s information to make sure your parcels are sending to your doorstep on time in safe.
